Can: Insoluble fiber source; can cause gas, bloat. Made with h2) or milk? Possible lactose intolerance. Unlikely celiac sprue, unless symptoms also with wheat, barley, rye.

Can be: Soluble fiber content can cause gas, bloat, upset stomach. If made in milk, may have some input from possible lactose intolerance; unlikely to be celiac sprue, if no similar symptoms from wheat cereals. Might do better with smaller portion.
