If continued see doc: viral gut infections most common and generally goes away in a week but gut reactions can also be from other issues like pregnancy, bladder infection, apppendicitis, gall bladder disease, that can also present w diarrhea/constipation and discomfort. red flags include blood, fever, weight loss, persistent vomit, etc. Need more info but happy to consult or if need second opinion on workup so far
