See your Dr: It sounds like you may be worried that you contracted something from the unprotected oral sex, but the only way to know is by having an exam and tests taken in order to relieve your fears. The aches may be totally unrelated to the sex, you may have caught something at work or school. It is flu season, so if you also have a fever it could be that. The best advice I can give is to see your Dr!

See doctor: It's possible to acquire HIV, hepatitis, syphilis, gonorrhea, or herpes that way. It's also possible that your muscle aches are unrelated to infection. See a doctor to find out. If you cannot afford a doctor, most counties have venereal disease clinics which are free. Inquire with the county health department.

Rest your muscles: I didn't see the rest of your question, but I assume it has to do with sore muscles of your mouth and what you can do. I would recommend to rest your muscles: ie avoid chewing gum, chewy breads, caramels etc. Also moist warm packs or heating pads applied to the side of your face can help increase blood flow and help remove inflammatory products in the muscles.
