2 separate problems: 1. Pain in your chest is a serious medical condition. It is always a red flag and appointment with your PCP is warranted. See your doctor for further investigation. 2. A tooth abscess won't go away without dental treatment. Dentist will treat a tooth abscess by draining it and getting rid of the infection. See a dentist ASAP.
