Yeast infection: If the tigntness of the foreskin is due to swelling of the head of the penis as a result of the inflammation from the yeast infection this may be helped with the antifungal cream. If, however, the swelling is due to a reaction to the cream you may have to stop it. If something else is going on the cream will not help and you will need to see a urologist. Hope this helps.
