In trying to stretch a tight foreskin, using the steroid cream, how many times a day would one stretch in order to solve the problem in a month?

Twice daily: Treatment of phimosis (tight foreskin) can sometimes be treated with topical steriod cream applied twice daily with gentle retraction. Hopefully, over a period of time (generally given in 3 week courses), the foreskin will allow full retraction. Be sure to discuss with the prescribing physician to ensure you are appropriately using the medication he/she prescribed.

As long as it takes: You'll see very gradual improvement in the range of 4-8weeks. After cleaning the foreskin and genitalia, pull back the foreskin as far as you can/bear then apply the steroid cream to the actual tight skin ring. Twice a day is plenty. It really doesnt work any faster applying more cream or applying it more than twice a day. Be patient but persistent. Good luck.
