Phimosis?: Failure to improve on 2 weeks clotrimazole likely means the problem isn't a yeast infection (thrush); maybe bacterial or nonspecific balanitis. Or perhaps a yeast type resistant to "azole" drugs. You list tight foreskin (phimosis) as a medical condition, and you might need surgery e.g. circumcision to get over this. See a urologist, or consider one of UK's excellent NHS GUM clinics. Good luck.
