NO: Your GERD and the knee pain are NOT related. Your GERD should be controlled with meds if you take them regularly. The knee pain --if it continues should be evaluated.

Not at all.: there is no connection that I am aware of to explain symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease and knee pain.
