A member asked:

What is really good for knee stiffness and aches?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Rest!: Most people's knee stiffness is due to an internal injury of the knee itself, whether it is cartilage as in arthritis or a meniscus tear, the first objective if the condition is acute is to rest the joint, use ice and an anti inflammatory agent such as Aleve or aspirin. If you have a history of stomach ulcers then us tylenol (acetaminophen) to manage the aching.
