Chest pain: Chest pain can have many causes, from self limiting muscle strain to blood clots in the lung to heat disease. Since some conditions causing chest pain can be life threatening, it is best to see a doctor immediately if chest pain is sudden and/ or severe, accompanied by shortness of breath, nausea, sweating, radiation to other body areas, dizziness, feeling faint, sense of being unwell.

Pain: You'll have to see a Doctor and get a history and physical and then whatever is deemed necessary to try and elucidate a cause for your symptoms. From out here there's no way to give you a high probability diagnosis
