See a doctor: Do you have any risk factors for heart problems? Any past congenital heart disease? Pressure pain with activities? Any rash in the skin area? Did you have chickenpox? Shingles mostly happen in older patients. Rare at 31y/o. Vitamin deficiencies, fibromyalgia, to much alcohol, autoimmune disorders, burns, nutrition deficiencies. All the above are causes of skin pain and allodynia(pain on touch).
