Chest pain: Anytime someone says chest pain we get concerned about their heart, but in your age group a heart condition is quite rare. I would still tell you to go see someone for an exam, but think of other causes, especially gall bladder with that right shoulder pain. A blood clot is possible which is very serious too, so as said in beginning, go see someone.
