No quick - No easy.: Eat healthfully. Try to eat at least 5 servings of vegetables & 4 of fruit per day. Increase nutritional fiber. Avoid refined sugar & junk carbohydrates. Avoid alcohol, sweetened juices, soda & caffeinated beverages. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Calories burned must > calories consumed. It's always work: It will involve limiting your calorie intake and increasing your calorie use = eat less and exercise more. Weight Watchers is a tried and true healthy approach and they have in person as well as online programs. Exercise for 30" daily, limit your calories to 1800 a day, decrease refined carbs (sugar, flour) increase vegetables, cut out gravies/sauces and red meats. Good luck!

Go slowly: Best to do this with your doctor's guidance. Eat 1/2 as much of everything and if you are hungry eat carrots, celery or lettuce. Drink plenty of water and start a gradual exercise program--as riding a stationary bike or walking a few blocks and add to the distance over a period of time.
