Have you been: evaluated yet to see if surgical correction is indicated ? If hole is small then incision made may cause may of a scar then the current piercing hole. Local would be used.

Slot ear repair: Slot ear repair is performed in the office under local anaesthesia. It is not a painful procedure. The previous hole is excised and the edges are sewn together to close the hole.
