On tuesday my hcg was 3000 on thursday my hcg was 4700 i am not bleeding slight cramping sonogram showed sack and yolk should i worry please help ?

Follow up: That was an acceptable rise in your level. And the ultrasound shows signs of a very early pregnancy. You need to follow up. You will likely get another ultrasound in a few weeks, when the pregnancy is larger. Did you have a progesterone level drawn?
