I had an endoscopy done 2 days ago,i was told that i have gastritis and that i have increased secretions of acid and bile,what is the cause& solution?

Many: There are many causes of gastritis- Certain foods can irritate your stomach such as alcohol, chocolate, spices and mint. Also, NSAID medications such as ibuprofren can irritate the stomach. A potential solution is avoiding certain foods and ibuprofen. Medications such as nexium (esomeprazole) and sucralfate may help also.
