I have had this squishy lump near my tongue on the floor of my mouth for years. It is mobile and not painful. An oral surgeon looked at it once and said it was probably my salivary gland duct? What does that mean? Should I be worried?
I feel large lumps on both sides of my neck, under my jaw. I'd say they are about an inch or so wide. Could those be my submandibular salivary glands? They don't really move. They are not hard, but not squishy either. They don't feel like lymphnodes?
