Trust yourself: If you feel unusually irritable, tense, shaky, fragile, easily confused and distracted, physically different (worse) than usual, perhaps dry mouth and sweaty skin, off balance, etc. you have emotional stress (Anxiety). A psych eval isa good way to confirm Dx and CBT therapy is a good way to treat it. If medication is needed they can give a Rx or refer for one.

Stress: Stress sx's can include feeling nervous or irritable, muscle tension (esp. in neck, shoulders & back), poor quality or minimal sleep, v concentration, easy fatiguability, lump in throat or butterfly in stomach sensation.
