Prenatal stress: You should talk to ur OB & if he/she tells you everything is okay you should not stress yourself. The baby feels your stress as well so it would be better to let your doctor worry &stress for your & your baby's health if needed. You should enjoy your pregnancy&be happy. If your doctor told you some thing is wrong, there may be other things you could do besides stressing. Use ur energy positively.

Therapy and medicati: You have several options. Cognitive therapy from a good therapist can be very effective in helping with stress and anxiety. There are also very good medications that can give you help. Many times we use a combination of these two therapies. See your doctor and get a recommendation on a good cognitive therapist. Check with your doctor about using some medication that may be helpful.
