Pregnancy test: Usually by the fourth month ultrasound easily picks up pregnancy. If they are negative and your urine tests are negative, it's likely not pregnancy. You need to have blood test for pregnancy done., called quantitative HCG. You will also need to see an OB/Gyn for further evaluation, if you've not gad your period for 5 months,.
