Siphene (clomid) ?'s: Siphene is used to induce ovulation. If a home pregnancy test is negative "ten days after missed period", ovulation/pregnancy probably did not occur. You may require a higher dose (100 mg) of Siphene, but ask your gyn about a hysterosalpingogram (HSG), which can clear the tubes, the most common statistical cause of infertility.
