Hi i just had my menstrual cycle end less than a week ago. it just started again today. i am 26 with the mirena (levonorgestrel) iud for about 8 months. causes?

Many causes: Pregnancy infection displaced iud or just stress. It takes min 3 months to establish your cycle pattern with mirena (levonorgestrel). So if neg Preg test then observe pattern of cycle. If it bothers u go to Gyn doc.
