Not directly: The link between anxiety and a specific spasm or physical symptom is indirect. Anxiety initiates the fight/flight response in humans. In actual threat it is life-saving. In emotional threat, it pumps the same chemicals through us and our bodies respond in unique (maybe common) ways. Maybe, thrown off balance, you get dizzy. Not running, your most vulnerable muscles read the signal and tighten. CBT
