pain in right side of neck and shoulder. dizziness and lightheaded feeling when turning head. some sensitivity to light, which causes me to feel nauseous.

Dizziness: Vertigo on turning your head is characteristic of an inner ear disorder for which meclizine is prescribed. Pain in neck and shoulder is often caused by a pinched nerve in the neck. I recommend consulting a neurologist.to evaluate both symptoms.
