Dont worry: You should not worry but you should get it further evaluated to determine the cause. Common conditions would include costochondritis, chest wall muscle spasms, referred pain from gall bladder, and artery spasms. You should get a holter or other continous ekg device to make sure you perform an ekg during an episode of the pain.
