Best rule of thumb: Is to become a Green Tea Lover (my favorite is Arizona)....for the time you are on ANY prescription medication (including antibiotics, medical food supplements). Alcohol has variable effects from worsening or causing bad side reactions to inactivating many drugs from working. You are also on sertraline and inhalers so it's not just mirtazapine you're potentially dealing with here.
