See a psychiatrist.: The dose that you are on is on a high side. Mirtazapine is an atypical antidepressant which also stimulates appetite in smaller doses but can cause sedation in doses 30 mg. And above. I suggest taking a 45 mg . And a 3 mg of melatonin together. Using sleep hygiene is also very important. Anxiety maybe causing insomnia as well.
