Mirtazapine: Not advisable. Mirtazapine is an antidepressant typicaly given at night to elp with insomnia. Taking alcohol along with it may cause added sedation.

Not recommended: Side effedts like dizziness, drowsiness, and problems concentrating can increase if using both Mirtazapine and alcohol.
