Many causes: Your question is rather, non specific. However I assume you to have lower abdominal pain. Possible cause are intestinal causes, gastroenteritis, liver gall bladder disease, urinary , kidney causes or muscular skeletal - back pain - radiation . The first step is follow up with PCP and try to establish what are associated events which relate to the pain occurring.
