10-30 years old: Appendicitis can occur at any age, though not usually in very young children. The most common age range for appendicitis is 10-30 years old.

FromStoneAgeOnward: It can occur any time but most commonly the teens and twenties with a small peak in the later years. At your age it would probably be easy to figure-out but in babies and old-timers it's more difficult. Also in late pregnancy (not your worry, I guess). I got it at 21. Spent two days in the hospital and the next three weeks itching like crazy while the hairs grew back. Now they do it endoscopically.
