Went to a checkup as i was having palpitations. they contacted me to say that my monocytes were 1.3 (normal 0.2-0.8), should i be worried about this?

Monocytes: I wouldn't get unduly worried about the monocyte count. A single value may not mean much. If it remains elevated on a repeat in about a week or so, then your doctor may wish to see if a cause can be clarified. There are many possibilities and too many for the space here.
