This sounds like the type of blood counts I would expect with a kid with multiple allergies and eczema, Discuss it with his doc. I don't find it worrisome with that type of history.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, his results are consistent with some one who has allergy and eczema and not a cause for concern. Wish you good health!

A correlation with his symptoms is important to describe. Does he have specific allergies? Avoid triggers such as dust and mold. The inflammation caused by eosinophils is often treated with steroid cream There are other options that are available. Review the results of allergy blood tests if obtained.
