My husband had palpitations we went for routine checkup ecg and some test done. ecg finding sinus rhythm irbbb and t wave abonormal possible lateral ischemia and his trichly is 198 and uric acid 8.6 and hdl 142.do we need to go for echo age 35?

Whether you need an echocardiogram is up to the physician or cardiologist to has been seeing you. If you had evidence of possible ischemia, you should definitely follow up until you know whether everything is OK. Good luck.
