More specific: In order to better anterior question, more information is needed. Perhaps you could approach one of the physicians in the personal message area. Be sure to describe exactly where the high-grade squamous lesion is located. It is on the skin and extremity, oriented near the anus? Are you getting a colonoscopy or a colposcopy? Hope this helps.
