Torn Rotator cuff: A corticosteroid injection is something to try that may help. If the rotator cuff is torn, has orthopedic surgery considered surgical repair? Rest with gentle movements to maintain shoulder mobility can allow you to heal. Ice and heat applications may help. Perhaps a higher dose or stronger NSAID by prescription, if not allergic, plus 650mg tylenol (acetaminophen) together might work.
