Fair: If primary removed in rectum and only lesions are in liver, these will remain in liver but are able to grow. Depending on number of lesions and size microwave ablation is employed. Otherwise chemoembolization followed by radioactive microspheres delivered via hepatic artery directly into liver lesions. New immunotherapy approach also available to enhance survival.
