What is the prognosis of ampullary cancer that has spread to the liver? been on chemo for 6 months now and no new cancer with slight shrinkage of mets

No data: There are no large studies on folks with metastatic ampullary carcinoma in the liver. I would not expect a cure, but I'm glad you've gotten good results. Live month to month, week to week, enjoying as much as you are able. By analogy with other cancers, I wouldn't be at all surprised if you have 1-2 more good years. These tend to be slow-growers. I admire your courage.
