It depends.: It's important for the surgeon to look to make sure the sutures are still intact. Did they take your ovaries too? If so you may have vaginal dryness and pain. if appropriate this can be treated with vaginal estrogen cream. If just your uterus is now gone your ovaries should still be working and you should not be experiencing dryness and bleeding. Please see your surgeon
