Ehhhh, maybe...: Based on the research that's been done so far, taking a riboflavin supplement MAY help decrease the frequency and severity of headaches. In addition, it's safe and it doesn't cause any kind of toxicity. But efficacy data are based on relatively small numbers of subjects. It doesn't hurt to take it and it may help, but don't be overly disappointed if it doesn't. Help, that is.
