I take atenolol for high bp, what can i take for nasal congestion for sinuses that is ok for bp. im stopped up then runny.

Nasal steroid: Since decongestant increased your BP and would likely be less effective when you are on atenolol, nasal steroid would be your best bet. Nasal antihistamine is another good choice. See doctor.
