Which Nyquil?: They all contain antihistamines as benadryl, (diphenhydramine) just be cautious and read the labels carefully, better to have a preparation that relieves congestion. Antihistamines might cause drowsiness, so be careful not to drive or operate machinery, and don't exceed recommended dosage, wish you wellness,
