Acute sinusitis : Is a condition that causes the cavities around the nasal passages to become inflamed and swollen due to viral, fungal or bacterial infection. Good rest, lots of water and afrin otc usually will ameliorate the condition. If concerned or condition is persist over 1 week see your pcp for the antibiotics rx.
