Congestion in nose, ears feel full and since last night ive have random moments where my brain feels like its having a seizure internally. it comes and goes and doesnt last long. is this caused my allergies and sinuses? no signs of major issues?

Likely prudent to see your regular doctor and get exam. An otolaryngologist might be helpful. Allergy testing might also be in order.
