Health anxiety: I'm sorry ... I know this is a terrible feeling. There are many people who just have an underlying sense of uneasiness that all is not well. Or it is a symptom of depression. The best approach, honestly, is counseling using Cognitive Behavior Therapy to try to retrain your thoughts & reduce fears about conditions & diseases. Ask you doctor for a referral to a psychologist to help with this.
