Probably not, but: Until you see a doctor and have a check up you'll feel worried. So, avoid those days and nights of discomfort - see a doctor and relax. If the intercourse was not very unusual in some violent or extreme way, you probably have no significant injury or damage, but the worry could begin a process that could disturb your sexual adjustment and pleasure into the future. Why ask for that? Hope it's fine!
