My hcg on 10/13 was 1624 and then i had lots of bleeding and clots 10/23 it was over 6000. should i be worried? this may be my 2nd miscarriage.

Insufficient increase: HCG concentration doubles pretty reliably every two days in a healthy pregnancy. Starting at 1624 hcg concentration after five doubling times should be about 50,000. if that is not the case there is concern that something is not right with the pregnancy. Another blood draw will indicate in which direction the hCG concentration is headed.
