Depends: A miscarriage is common, but not at 14 weeks. If you had a spontaneous miscarriage with very little bleeding, i would wonder if you passed the entire products of conception. The HCG level would be high at 14 weeks. It is a problem if it remains that high. You need to be seen to make sure you have completed the miscarriage and on the road to recovery, especially if you hope to become pregnant agai.
