Trouble breathing?: It sounds like you are having an allergic reaction to something you ate or were exposed to. If you are having trouble breathing go immediately to the ED. If not try taking an antihistamine like loratadine or benadryl (diphenhydramine) and using some cool compresses on your lips. Try to evaluate what you ate and were exposed to that could have caused this reaction.

Red swollen lips: Seek medical attention immediately at ER.May be angioedema which can cause throat swelling and is a medical emergency. Other causes trauma, infections ( i have seen with strep) But seek medical attention immediately
