Yes : Yes it could be a spider bite. It could be an infection from a tooth, hair follicle, or sebaceous gland. Recommend that you see your physician as soon as possible to make sure that it does not progress to a msra infection which is difficult to treat. In the mean time wash it with soap and water then place an antibiotic ointment on the site.
