Limit diet: You prob need to still limit your diet. Remember the old fashioned chicken noodle soup remedy. Many times that is a great solution. It has calories, electrolytes, and fluid. Stay way from milk and dairy products for the next few days, gradually re-introduce solid foods, one at a time. Stay away from the food groups that make you stomach uneasy. Should be back to normal in a few das.
